I’m Melissa Meinke Krueger.
I’m a Brand and Business Strategist with corporate, B2B and non-profit experience. My zone of genius is seeing the big picture, understanding the moving parts, so they can be streamlined to work together to get the outcome you are looking for.
I look at all the pieces of every business, brand and non-profit I work with, partnering with my clients to think of different options to move forward, and then picking only the few most important steps to help you get results.

My Journey
I started my career in engineering, because I love problem solving and bringing teams together to create a solution.
The customers always intrigued me - were we meeting their needs? What did they really want? How might we help in ways we never thought about? I decided to study business strategy and marketing to make a career 180 to get closer to what was important to me:
Solving real customer problems.
I have worked in a corporate environment for many years, consulted with non-profits and served on several boards - engaging to solve customer and business problems.
I live to tackle big hairy issues that keep you awake at night. I’ll help sort through the chaos to help identify a few, simple go-forward steps to get moving and get results.

Business success isn’t about mastering the latest 9 step program outlined in a business book. It’s not reading all of those “highly recommended” books.
It’s not even about knowing exactly where you are going to be 15 years from now.
It’s about you, why you are doing this and who you are helping with your expertise. Finding ways to grow at the size and speed that is right for you and your life.
